Mobility

It is a 15 minute walk from the meeting point at Heysham Nature Reserve to Red Nab. The path is mostly flat with several gates to go through.

Wheelchair access

The access path has kissing gates which may be unsuitable for wheelchairs.

What to bring

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. Bring any medication you may need. In hot weather make sure to bring a drink. 

We will have some pairs of binoculars to borrow but feel free to bring your own.
