Barrow-in-Furness
With a rich heritage of shipbuilding, there is a lot of fantastic wildlife to be found around Barrow.
South Walney Nature Reserve is home to the only grey seal breeding colony in Cumbria, as well as having nationally important populations of herring and lesser black-backed gulls, and it's a hugely important area for lots of flora and fauna.
